โ โ โ โ โ Bus driver never follow timing. Don't they know we passengers have flights to connect. How can you delay the journey by 15 min.

โ โ โ โ โ Your bus driver was talking on phone for more than 5 minutes while driving on highway. I recommend Star Shuttle to provide safety trainings to your bus drivers or provide them wireless Bluetooth earphone to reduce the risk of accidents. Please take this seriously!
