The staff are polite and patient while waiting for us to order. Good place to chill out for a drink and chat.

β β β β β Could accomodate around 85 people inside and 20ish outside. The aircon here is well regulated, not too warm nor cold. Sufficient power sockets are provided, just some sockets needs a little gentle touch to ensure that your gadget is trully charged
Sometimes there's alot of students but there's still seats around.

β β β β β Cleanliness needs attention. Few tables had pieces of tissues, straw wrapper & empty sugar sachets strewn on floor. Very slow to clean tables. Sections of curtain had water mark/ stains.
Outlet crew were manning the counter robotically, outlet feels lifeless. They need training with Starbucks 1Utama New Wing team who are alway on top when it comes to customer greeting.
Maybe a smaller shoplot here would be more fitting.

β β β β β As usual place to have my favourite mocha frappuccino. Nice and cosy place to read my books. Witness a customer with payment issue but the staffs remains cool and steady and managed to sort out the issue with the customer. Kudos to the staffs.

β β β β β Comfy relaxing, had an online meetings there. Ate my lunch, had a fulfilling dessert.. crunching my time till 9pm from 3pm. Buy something if you wanna stay long. ???

These r the main reasons I have repeatedly visited this cafe!
All the staff are friendly & helpful especially EL.
EL is such a sweet n warm staff....He always serves customer with his sunny warm smile n if possible he will work extra miles to serve customer's order up to the dining table!
5 thumbs up for him!
