β β β β β Cosy place that gets more and more visitors as the night gets older. They close at 11 during MCO and now. The crowd and the music are just the right amount for you to work. There are many business people that come here to talk business. Generally, I am enjoying my experiences here.

β β β β β Cozy and peaceful atmostphere, great for study or just chill with books. I like the tall table the most where you could sit straight or stand (if you sit for too long) to write. Of course there are a wide variety of tables and chairs to choose too depending on your choice.
The staff, very friendly and considerate. They saw me seem to having trouble to stir the coffee, quickly offer me a spoon instead.
The latte I ordered wasn't the thickest compared to other Starbuck outlet tho.
Parking was never an issue, plenty of them here.

β β β β β This Starbucks in Klebang is the longest business hour in Melaka among all outlets, thatβs why this outlet is popular, the staff are friendly and never rushed to close the cafe, not like in Malim Jayaβs outlet, always closes earlier than the business hour, also asks customers to leave before the actual closing time.
The only cons there in Klebang outlet is the sofa, mostly are old with terrible cracks, it is seriously lower down the entire expectation and quality of Starbucks.
People pay good prices at Starbucks but get the low classes of sofas, itβs time to change the new sofas for the customers since they want to have cozy and comfortable seats .

β β β β β Very nice and serene experience. Initially I thought there wasn't enough customers in the restaurant. Considering the fact that COVID is still a thing, I think that this chain is actually well spaced and placed.
The flow from entry to getting you orders is very linear and logical so you don't really have to crack your heads to figure out where to line up.
Customer service is very kind, thoughtful but extremely swift. I didn't even get to warm my bum before my order came.
I thought that was that. Turns out this outlet have a customer's relation officer! A cute one too! She's very helpful and guides people to their respective places and lines. A thankful greet, an escort to the door and opening the door for me was "crème de la crème".
