โ โ โ โ โ The service here is good but outlet is poorly maintained. I understand that being located next to KSL Hotel & Resort lobby, the customer volume is probably constant, but that is no excuse to keep the place dirty. There are tissues and what not everywhere including under the chairs. It's sad to see this sad state especially when you're so conveniently located next to a hotel lobby.

โ โ โ โ โ The chicken parcel was still frozen when served. The waitress reheat yet it's still frozen. She very kindly changed it the 3rd time we approached her. The chocolate tuxedo truffle was so Unstarbucks. It smacks of the cheaper range of cakes in Malaysia. It taste too sweet and flour being used and ingredient is so different from other Starbucks which I have tried. I simply took a nimble and stopped eating. Only the flat white is okie.

Come here order Double expresso Ice shaken & Ice Shaken Lemon Tea. Drink is good but when I pay the Staff told me that he give me 1 biscuit. The staff never told me that the biscuit need to pay!(actually it is macaron)sumore the staff charges me 2 macaron but they only give me 1!! Guys please check your order before leaving!! And don't fall into their trap!

โ โ โ โ โ Great experience here with the two male staff. Came at 7.30am and it was not opened yet but they let me sit around to wait. The service is also very nice as they are courteous including the more senior staff who made my coffee. Food is the standard fare, acceptable. Went on second day and the service was just as good with another two crew. The only disappointing thing is that if there is any money left in your Starbucks card and it expired, thereโs nothing you can do about it.
