★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service we got was spot on. Do you know Starbucks promotes their stores as “A Third Place Between Work And Home”. Well that was proven to be true after I visited Starbucks IM DT. I was amazed at how the baristas gave a warm welcome to us when we came in the store. I feel the keikhlasan you know? Some starbucks stores do welcome their customers but they lack that warmth.
Our group had the Tiramisu, Rasberry Cheesecake, Walnut Bar, and Burnt Coffee Cheesecake (or Coffee Burnt Cheesecake?) and everything was amazing. Will definitely come again for the cakes and bevs (duhh sedap kot) and for the Pantai Timur Welcome you won’t get anywhere else. Kudos to you guys Sbux IM team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A stand alone building with ample parking lot. They also have restrooms (ladies & men) but it couldn't be flushed =/. The baristas were not well trained too. My latte had too much milk which made the expresso notes and aroma vanish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficiently-run branch. They served customers better than any branch in Kuantan. The indoor vibe is very cool and chill. This store is very spacious and each table is seperated distantly and perfect for hanging out with family and friends or having a discussion about business. Worth it to chill here. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and spacious locale especially for studying and chit chat. They have a really clean toilet which is also a plus, but the leaking roof on January 2022 (and a pail to "taking air"(collect the dripping water) isn't a great way to start off a new year. Otherwise, it's a great spot. Staff are acceptably friendly but less than informed about current matters i.e. planner was sold out throughout Malaysia but didn't bother to tell. Drive-thru is a plus point as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New lepak port. Just knew got drive thru starbucks at this new town indera mahkota. Instead going to mall, this place offer u no hassle no long queue even it’s quite hidden. Well I don’t mind… i love kuantan anyway!
