★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because of Raya season reason maybe they are lack of staffs. Full house w customers they didn't able to speed up the process of getting 1 drink ready at very min preparation time. Order 5 drinks too almost 40mins to be ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started queueing around 10.30 p.m. (my mistake because it was peak hours for people to grab moreh). We had to wait for 1h30mins or so, just to order and finally got our order exactly at midnight. Taste-wise still good, just the waiting time not so fun. It seems that if you queue in cafe it's faster. Ordering process and payment is very fast. Can improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place can get busy. Drive through Q was very long, so be sure to have some nice music to listen to while waiting.
Convenient place for a meeting up, pit stop before heading to genting or just simply hang out.
They could do a renovation to freshen up the place and make it bigger. Abit too gloomy.
Drinks made was ok .
Go to caramel machiatto extra shots!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ah.. one of many RVs for bikers and convoys. I love the atmosphere it provides. Calming and relaxing. It gives the pit lane vibes, makes me feel ready for a long journey. You should ask the baristas their special or secret menu by the way. Surprise yourself sometimes. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped here on the way to Kuantan to fill up fuel and to visit the restroom. It was clean and okay. The mart is well arranged and clean. I did not stop to shop there as there were many patrons and it was not a good idea to stop here for a longer time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious with plenty of indoor/outdoor seats catering to travellers heading to Genting / East Coast.
Good array of Starbucks merchandises if that is what you are after.
Friendly staff. As for food, well, that is not what Starbucks is known for, not even their coffee. It's the ambience and unhurried pace that attracts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Starbucks outlet is strategically located and offers you coffee before you head up towards Genting Highlands, Janda Baik etc.
The outlet is connected to the Petronas convenience store mesra. It has a drive thru which is almost always moderately busy.
It has both indoor and outdoor seating areas. They have several table and chairs on the inside and offer a variety of seating options. The arrangement of chairs nearer to the entrance looks a little messy.
The staff are nice and polite but they forgot one of the items that i ordered.
There is almost always a line at the inside of starbucks. The starbucks merchandise are also placed close to the line so you can take a look at them while waiting.
Entering / exiting this Petronas fuel station is a little troublesome considering the traffic and the location.
