★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to many starbucks outlets and this one got to be one of the worst for me. The staffs were not welcoming and it's a hassle even to order ??♂️. Better get your coffee at costa next door instead or even dunkin.
Went to get get mac n cheese and it was burnt. For the staff, for your info, we don't call it chocolate chip cappuccino. It's choc chip frappucino. ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Starbucks is the worst of all the ones I've been to. The staff is unfriendly, and I have to go to the cashier area to inquire about the status of the pastries I ordered. The time I informed them about the pastries I had ordered is the time they prepare them. I waited nearly 30 minutes for nothing. The drinks had already cooled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the set up of this premise. Very comfy, great for relaxing and unwind after long day at work. Staff are nice though I hope Starbucks can train them better in understanding their products and service. Toilet was clean. I love this place though it sits in the middle of motorway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a drive thru around 8pm. There were 5 cars in front of me but I had to wait for around 30mins! That's outrageous.
Ordered the latte with soy milk but instead got a normal one. I even confirmed this with the staff when receiving my drink. He said yes, it was soy milk.
Terrible customer service in both aspects. The management has to improve the service.
