Today I walked in and queued for awhile only to be told that the coffee machine is not working and only Frappuccino’s are available? Put a Blardy sign outside or inform those in queue maybe???? I know you have other drinks but you’re a coffee place. No coffee inform la…. Waste my time queuing when other staff standing about could have said something to those in queue. Everytime I visit this place staff just stand about like unsure what they need to do. Hardly ever friendly. Say thank you to them dono how to reciprocate with a welcome or something. Seriously annoyed me today this place.

The ambiance and lighting are warm and inviting.
I really like the coffee and cake selection. The price of course overprice. Spent 2 cup of drinks worth rm50.
Customers appear to be appealing as well.
