Polite. Friendly. Attentive. Staffs.
Nice & clean environment too.
If I’m not rushing I’ll be staying hours at here for a short break & work with my laptop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setup is rather dull. Feeling gloomy when i walked in during noon time while outside is sunny.
Hardly any customers, though a number do take away.
Although it is by the highway, it does have their usual range of pastries and cakes. Kudos.
RMCO SOP is well followed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks is everywhere, even in highways R&R. There is actually 2 starbucks here, one near the petrol station and one kiosk in the outlets in main building. The kiosk have some seatings for you to enjoy watching cars and lorries drive by. Quite therapeutic ?after a long drive. And they even have vending machine too. Double like ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Iced Latte and asked for sugar syrup. The lady behind the counter pointed to the brown sugar packets and asked me to use those. How can you use that with Iced drinks? Are they not trained or were they being cocky? Asked them again for the sugar syrup and they said we had to pay extra. Haihs ... give up.
