★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry as i changed my point of view. Now i understand how appricated i am went the outlet like a ghost town area. It a pleasant in every except quality of almost spot on the coffee service cakes all at the perfect score . Thank you Starbucks for a great customer experience shared.

To improve: lesser choice of tumbler / seasonal glass available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not the standards of a starbuck franchise. There were 4 staffs at the outlets.. None of them care to clean the tables.. Flies were at the tables.. So far I had never saw flies in starbuck outlets. I the cashier was totally rude and unprofessional.. Its not the friendly starbucks cashier we used to.. Maybe this outlets management team and staff need customer service training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there during the afternoon, quality of the beverages are as expected (good), nice place to just chill or work with your laptops. However, I think there is room for improvements one of their senior staff, the incident was a group of people came and started resetting the tables and chairs so they fit their whole group. While I agree it is quite rude of them, a staff(I believe is a senior staff based on the different uniform) came to the group and told them to not touch the tables and chairs due to sop issues in a very rude way. The group obviously dissatisfied with the staffs attitude talks their way back and they started quarrelling over the counter. Not a good way to solve things in my opinion, the staff should have better customer service understanding and used more mannered words, don't think the incident would happen if the staff just talked to the group about the issue in a calm and respectful way.
