โ โ โ โ โ I used google map to find the location and surprisingly it's a double storey house(No 19, Jalan Kangar 92, 41400 Kapar Klang). Send my HP laserjet to trouble shoot the black & white printing problem and I was informed to leave behind my printer with his mother. upon calling him later the same evening I was informed that he will troubleshoot the problem and update me. Called him again on 2nd day and was informed that he will update me printer status by lunchtime however no follow up call from him. Called him again at 4:15pm and I was asked to take back my printer since he is not free to repair it. This is a very unacceptable service ethic. Just sharing with others so no need to go thru what I went thru.

โ โ โ โ โ Dont go here. They charged me Rm30 and told me printer cannot be fixed due to obsolete parts. When i did a google search it can be solved by a firmware update. Why didnt the technician try to research first??
Also when i collected back the printer it is full of dust. Didnt bother to offer to wipe off the dust.
