β β β β β Studios are ok. The Managment and Security is really bad, recently there have been many issues in starz vally with the head security including blackmailing the residents and disturbing them with no reason. Very bad security

Firstly tremondous appreciation for the security at Starz valley for controlling the residents in follwing the rules and regulations especially in this pandemic time. Dude r u seriously fighting with the security when they r ask u to wear face mask. Then u can bring unwanted outsider to here. The government and the management already stated must wear face masks, cannot bring any visitors and must mantain social distance. Let me educate u all. What is given by the government and management, the security is following the orders given. When they r doin their duty,u all ended up threaten them and accuse them racist. I want this security to be mantain here forever to control this so called 'humans' that cant even understand the necessity of this law of regulations in controlling this pandemic.

β β β β β Management and the security r definitely applaud for their tremendous effort in keeping the law and kkm sop in place. Many people here has been not following government sop in controlling covid 19 spreading with a simple mask wearing requirements. When security asked them to wear, some ignorant and arrogance residents argue and cause a scene with the security and residents. Thanks for the security in ensuring residents here wear their masks always and making sure no unwanted people in entering this premise in this covid era. Tremendous appreciation for the security and the management in controlling ignorant and arrogant residents that can't even follow a simple law and ended up threatening the security when they are doing their job.

β β β β β Been staying here for few years. Security r the best here in controlling residents in following the law. I know there is a group often not wearing masks and constantly bringing outsider. Come on lar, we residents of starz valley r already scared of this pandemic. U all not wearing masks and bring outsider into out place. Huge appreciation for security in controlling these baffoons tht cant even read simple law written in english tht require everyone to wear masks and cannot bring any visitor. And wen security do their job, these residents ended up calling them racists and threaten them. Seriously?

β β β β β Very bad service by the management and security. Their rules totally no sense and trouble alot. Idk how the management allow this kind of things happen. Even though the room are nice I not recommend as so much problems. No parking given for the studio room. Better find good apartment.

β β β β β Unsafe condo with anyone can easily access. Swiming pool and gym room are seem like open to public, everyone from outside can use it. Lift,lobby,around condo are dirty. Lift in poor condition.Poor management,happened house break in and peeping cases.

β β β β β After reading so many bad reviews I must pen down my thoughts.
The guards try their best to enforce normal, necessary rules and regulations.
Itβs the residents who have the tenacity of wanting things to go their way when itβs the rules.
Yesterday my wife confronted one of the residents for not wearing a mask. Notices about wearing masks is plastered at the entrance and all lobbies. But these hard headed residents donβt adhere to simple instructions. So many of them use the lift and walk out without a mask.
We lived here since April 2021 and the problems we encountered are always from other residents. WE ARE LIVING IN A PANDEMIC 4 FU*K SAKE!!!
