★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had enquire on menus for my wedding dinner about 2 weeks. The person in charge had replied me in a good manner and she was efficient too. Prior to our conversation, she had inform that we had to inform a week earlier for food tasting session. Today morning, my mum called their number to inform them that we will be coming for a session next week. The person who answered my mums call was Ms Malar. Without listening to the conversation properly,she started replying my mother sacastically how can you ask for a food tasting session today. And she said there isnt any order under my name. So I took the phone and spoke to her,saying that my name is Suganthy and I had msged via whatsapp n so so. And she repeated there isnt any order. So I asked angrily did I say that I had ordered from you first of all. And Ms Malar asked me back yey thimiru pudiche mathri pesuringey? I mean like what word r u asking me?When u speak sacastically,I replied you and when I raise my voice,your asking me back in sucha way? Sorry STC,poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad! Never order food from them because they way the serve the food is not hygiene. Even the way of serving isn't hygiene, how about the way they prepare the food. The used the spoon that dropped down on the floor without washing it. And also use their dirty hands to adjust the amount of the rice and make it into the mountain kind shape. Never consider their food for any events. Best advise...
