★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 4 year old daughter started going to SAL when she was just 2 years old.
We came for a visit during their open day, and she seemed to be receptive of the teachers here at the get-go, so we joined the trial class the following week. And this was the start of her 2 year journey in with her wonderful SAL-family.
I call them her family because the teachers and staff are really like family to her. It's a cozy school where everyone knows each other... my girl interacts with children older and younger that her, children of different races and nationalities, which I really love.
The teachers here are very in tune with the needs and progress of every child. At one time my daughter became a bit withdrawn in school immediately after the arrival of her baby sister. The teacher was very prompt to alert me about what was happening in the midst of my confinement and also assisted us in addressing that.
The cleanliness of the school is impeccable, that is very important to all parents. I also love that they encourage environmentally friendly activities and practices as part of their curriculum.
Overall SAL has been a very important part of Lexxy's development and my heartfelt thanks go to all our SAL-family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon relocating to Kuala Lumpur, we found ourselves a bit lost in exploring all the school options available for our daughter. After visiting a few places, Steps Ahead Learners simply stood out. What a breath of fresh air! We all felt extremely comfortable with the teachers since day one, it felt very much like a family as you can see the kids interacting with everyone at school, not just their classmates. They do an amazing work at teaching the kids practical skills that you probably won't find anywhere else, as well as days out, events and everything is thoughtfully planned. The principal Ms. Mei is a lovely, passionate and energetic teacher who will always update you about your child's progress and is a pleasure to talk to.
We are absolutely delighted to have chosen SAL, I can honestly say the teachers are changing our daughter's life for the best. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding a good preschool in KL is really a tough job. I am glad that I enrolled my daughter in Step Ahead Learners. I am satisfied that my daughter is not only safe and well taken care of but she is also developing and learning so much everyday because of the dedicated principal and teachers. Their curriculum includes many constructive activities with active learning. The principal herself and the teachers are very hardworking and always busy in spending quality time with the children. They have the passion for what they do and it shows!! My daughter is always excited and willing to attend her school every morning. I absolutely recommend SAL to every parent :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SAL has been a wonderful experience for both our son as well as for us as parents. After a not so great experience from one of the other schools in the vicinity, we decided to enrol him into SAL and was pleasantly surprised at how amazing this school has been.
Led by a very passionate principal Ms Mei, who is always responsive and attentive to the needs of the children, they made sure parents stays well informed too. Regular updates on kids’ activities throughout the day (via a mobile app) is super helpful for parents to know, as they can have better conversations with the toddlers on how their day went.
The teachers are excellent with good communication skills and strong empathy towards kids and their needs. This is especially true for Ms. Cleo who taught our son’s class. Her background as a child therapist greatly helped our naughty little one!
There are less than 10 kids in each class, which is great for attentiveness. They also interacts with kids from other classes as well, which creates a better experience for them. There are lots of activities that promote individualism for kids and to become good adults, as part of the main program, with extra options that you can opt for such as reading classes, taekwondo etc.
We believe that the children formed an emotional connection with each other as well as the educators, as my son loved going to school and showed great improvement in cognition, speech and athleticism.
Overall, we are more than happy that we sent our kid to SAL and will highly recommend the place to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Experience with SAL has been exceptionally good. It is the most trustworthy place for my child, exactly like, home away from our own home where he is taken care of with absolute sincerity which is reflected on my son's face after he returns back.
All teachers are very well aware of the ways required to deal with the issues, children face, in the most gentle and polite way. Special mention to Teacher Cleo and Teacher Sankari who have managed my son's class .. Patience is their key.
Another shout out to school principal Ms Mei who is just a text away and understands all our anxiety like a mom and takes care of it.
Safety and happiness assured, I would highly recommend this preschool to all the parents of young children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enrolled our kid to the SAL Preschool KL almost 2 years back. After 2 years of experience with the school and improvements in our kid, we are proud to say that it was a best decision to choose SAL (STEP AHEAD LEARNING).
School staff is so professional, friendly, and transparent in communications with not only Kids but with parents as well.
My son (just 4+ years old) can communicate with anybody openly make new friends, do Math, drawings and do many sports activities very well which gives us confidence that schools is doing great at daily curriculum.
I can say this school is not money-making institute. Principal of the schools is always on the top of inputs/feedbacks shared by students, parents and teachers and take appropriate action which we hardly find in many schools nearby.
I would rate this school 5/5 for not only above-mentioned features and attributes but for fees structure and flexibility which adds huge convenience for parents during this un-precedented pandemic time.
*Good Job SAL STAFF !!!*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SAL has been a wonderful experience for both our son as well as for us as parents. Not only he is growing with the help of SAL but we as parents are also growing and learning alot about our kid through school.
Teachers and principal are always responsive,attentive and polite, they make sure parents stays well informed too. Everyday we get updates on kids activities throughout the day which is very helpful for parents to know.
There are limited number of kids in each class that helps teacher to pay attention to each and every kid. School also provide different kind of extra curricular activities like bumble bee music , kick boxing, taekwondo and other physical activities etc. These activities are really good which helps them in physical fitness and body movements and for these activities they also call trained coaches from outside so that kids can learn from the best.
SAL learning method is very interactive and activity based which helps them in their hand-eye cordination, fine motor skills etc. kids also enjoy art and craft, different kinds of paintings,messy play, sensory play. School also teach kids things related to practical life like buttoning, peeling, sweeping, put on shoes, clothes,cleaning and so many other things which kids need to learn in their day to day life and help them to be independent.
The cleanliness of the school is great and follow good hygiene practice.
Teachers and principal are very well
experienced, attentive,polite. Hats off to them on how well they are managing these kids. Especially, Ms. Mei, i know i can reach out to her if i have any doubts or struggling and she will listen to me for hours patiently and will give me the best suggestion and advice which is good for my kid.
Overall, we are more than happy that we sent our kid to SAL and will highly recommend the place to everyone. SAL got everything what your child needs.
