★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus relatively on-time. 639 bus with AC to Kuala Besut, 6RM - about 1hr frequency (sometimes 2hr), will stop right outside Kuala Besut jetty to Perhentian Islands, journey about 90-120minutes, must flag for bus. CityLiner-Segar Dingin, also travel to Gua Musang, 17.5RM at 9am, 4 hours. Staff at Transnational counter is very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take bus no 29 to Rantau panjang and Rantau panjang to kota bahru next day.(Rm5.10) each way. Old bus but clean. Take about 1 hour 30 minutes to reach Rantau panjang from kota bahru because its was a city bus which pick up and drop passenger all the way. I had a nice nasi kerabu at cafe beside the bus station while waiting for the bus. Cheap and the owner so friendly. Thank u
