p	pieces gurl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor services from kulim to mahang and..from sg kob to kulim..almost 2hours++ still don't have bus already missed 2bus from kulim to butterworth.. If missed 1bus mahang, need to wait almost 2hours..can u all arrange schedule time for bus mahang?

S	Shamala Harahan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (62 bus) at 7.30 morning should be move on time but the driver is delaying it. I heard he spoke to someone that he don't care whether they rush up for ferry or not. Usually I took 6.30 am bus before but due to covid they changed the schedule. It's okay to take 7.30 but the new driver is so lazy and moving from Kulim bus station at 7.45 am. It's super irritating, pls change him or change the bus schedule again. I hope you'll consider my request, if not I'll take further action. thanks
a	anxyietoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's better now but it's worse then. Now, there are some grocery and food shops that you can go to if you're hungry. The sits available while you're waiting for bus are some metal chairs that I don't feel safe sleeping on and some thick metal pipes disguised as seats. The most critical issue are the toilets. I don't know how much people go and pay the toilet man everyday, and the toilet is becoming more and more broken every time I go there and the smells are still unpleasant as always. I sometimes wonder if the toilet guys are legit or just sitting there claiming the toilet as theirs. There used to be a surau here but it's gone after they renovated the place. You can to walk/naik teksi to the nearest masjid/surau if you don't want to solat on the bus station's floor. TL; DR - There are some shops that would help if you need anything. The chairs at the station are very inconvenient and I can't imagine if you need to wait your bus for a long time there. There's no surau here, maybe do something about that. And finally, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE TOILET.
