★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis teruk. Pekerja kaunter bas mutiara masuk kerja lambat dengan alasan bas akan sampai lambat. Tak consider org menunggu lama utk beli tiket bas hari selain daripada today. Bas perjalan jauh tak punctual. Lambat dua tiga jam. Kawasan kotor dengan puntung rokok dan sampah sarap. Surau di tingkat atas gelap dan jauh ke dalam, takde maintenance. Membahayakan keselamatan especially yang perempuan. Tandas agak cantik dan bersih tapi mahal.
Serious service. The pearl bus counter workers go to work slow, hoping the bus will be late. No matter how long it takes to buy a day bus ticket other than today. The long distance bus is not punctual. Two to three hours. Dirty area with cigarette butts and rubbish. Surau was upstairs dark and deep inside, no maintenance. Harmful to women's safety especially. The toilet is pretty and clean but it's expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient. I won't have to rely on that Problematic KTM commuter service anymore. As a university student who visits home on every weekend, I've found this bus station superbly helpful. The " every 1 hour " trip frequency from Tg. Malim to KL and vice versa makes it even better. This bus station has certainly fulfilled my needs, despite of being prolly one of the oldest facilities in this town.
