★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worker fixed my ap player but suddenly they broke the casing. They promised it took 2 days to order that casing but as the time goes by they did not answer my call and replied my text as if they did not want to take the responsibility! I dont even care if they did not want to pay for the casing but pls have a sense of responsibility. U promised ur customer that u will order that case and i’ve been waiting for it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there early morning to do abs Grill & some add on car Honk, for the abs grill too many of cable tie been used & too many cuttings on the honey comb grill and still not able to fit the front grill. Bumper not install well & screws were not even fitted well.
Secondly for the car honk the installer is too rookie & getting knowledge from the experience installer. Cutting the wires n just mix n match the power cables. Sorry to say it really disappointing SG, this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star also !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Come to shop and slot the appointment. The women cashier told 1 more car before my turn. Waiting for more than 1hour 30mins. They simply put 3 customers to jump my que & sadly the women over counter act like nothing happen & didn’t say sorry from their fault! Don’t trust their overclaimed rating! That’s all the bullsh*t statement!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accessories bnyk choice kat kedai ni. Tapi kalau balas whatapps tanya barang teramat lembab ye!! Kedai memang full house. Queue jgn ckp la memang lama eh. Seriously not worthy your time do at here if you appreciate your time. Many other accessories car in shah alam you can choose. Just Google it. This kedai need to do improvement on booking system since it got many customers. But biasalaa we as customer pandangan kita terbatas. That all i can say. Sorry guys. Bukan nak kondem but you can experience your self or go look this shop. But the good thing kedai ni besar ada 3 lot kedai and 3 section service. I only komen on accessories shop services here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm from Kl all the way come there , unfortunately the stuff not doing a good job . I have to wait like 2 hour . Asking pple for q, take number but no waiting area . Those workers not even have proper dressing, just wear slipper and not really serious what they doing . Klau dorg nk tebuk , dorg tebuk je ? first and last i come here. Not recommend, wasted time n money . Stuff bdk² buat kerja mmg tak boleh caya . Klau rosak ke apa , bnda tak betul I don think they going to responsible for that . Esp girl yg duk customer, tnya kita mcm kita nk minta sedekah , not friendly lgsg

No waiting area, no sample photos. Installing honeycomb grill is no joke. There will be drilling here and there. This is no fussy n regrettable if no installation sample or at least a pic la...
Please lah improve. Nowadays not everything can walk in. Somemore for things that consuming times like this. Please la do booking systems. Haiyahhhh
