★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to do a virtual event and video shooting. Studio is at ground floor, there is a huge door for car and lorry to go in and load your barang easily. And also have 100Mbps fibre internet now. I run several events day with great client feedback

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weirdly enough, you will find yourself having trouble searching for the studio entrance for quite sometime. This is due to the studio itself is sandwiched by all these workshops with their on-going or abandoned cars working around the compound which make it even harder to spot than it already is.
Facility is sufficient for a small to medium scale of filming. It even has a mini fridge with free drinks for the tenants!
Make up area is open concept, though I would appreciate it if it's in a room. Gives more privacy to the talents to have their own space in between break time or in need for freshing up.
White cyclorama studio is decent enough but there are alot of very noticable shoe marks on the floor which make it harder to film when we need to have a full and wide shot. Perhaps, you can include a notice or have people over to clean the floor everytime after each tenant leaves the studio.
Parking is a problem when you are arriving with more than 5 vehicles. It does not change whether you arrive early in the morning or late evening because most of the parking lots are taken up the workshop's car and perhaps some from the residents nearby. This is something that needed to be done. The very least is to make the studio have 1 or 2 reserved parking. So it's easier for clients or agency to park near to the studio.
Overall experience is still a pleasant one. Hopefully in the very near future, there shall be new changes in improving tenant's experience since the price for year 2021 has increased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice studio. Aircond are cold. Some free drinks in the fridge. Bathroom are decent, got toilet paper. Make up table, plenty of chairs and tables to put ur things. Studio floor can be dirty if u step on the white shooting area with ur shoes or dirty socks. Hard to have the studio super clean and white. No lights provided near the shooting area, only general lighting at the hang out area
Respect the place and keep it clean and throw ur trash when ur done with the place.
