β β β β β Worst place ever! Very snobbish and dishonest staff and the selection of songs is very limited and the sound system is horrible. Interactive screen (the one used to pick songs) was faulty. Wasted 2 hrs of my life. Never going back again

β β β β β Worst place with dishonest staff, never going back again. Went in the morning to confirm the price with them and was told that it would cost 35 MYR per person for 2 hours min after 7pm. Went back at night and when we wanted to sing k, the staff hesitated, asked the boss sitting beside, then the boss said 145 MYR as in for a room for 4-6 pax. When questioned about it they seem skittish with their reply. Obviously trying to hike up the price and exploit us. Immediately rejected them. Be careful and always check the price with them before paying...

Order system was lag like hell, and the staff was very lazy as we wasted around 10min to settle the lagging problem, and there's no any sorry and service recovery to us. The blue t-shirt lady staff was not very professional and keep talking with other staff by solving our problem like kindergarten style. A very messy and horrible experience and never return to this nonsense karaoke studio!!! 0
