★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the items are good, who doesn't like stussy, but it's a pity the service is very bad, the shop owner is the bald guy and cashier are very unfriendly and there's not the slightest smile, even like suspecting us even though we bought 3 items, damn bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m stussy big fan ,but I will never ever come to this shop again.Stuff is really unfriendly,and bad attitude .Also they don’t welcome foreigner , so probably you can buy KL stussy in online will be best choice.

Rude attitude and judging people *while speaking in their dialect* remember not all your customers are tourist we understand what you say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went Christmas shopping with my brother before Christmas. As we arrived at the store, there were 2 foreigners too. I can feel they are as excited as my brother too. As we entered the store, i felt unwelcome from the staff but its ok... When the foreigners ask about the stock, the staff reply in a very very very rude manner and the foreigners and I felt very uncomfortable. When my brother trying to pay the stuff he bought, the staff also serve as in a very bad attitude which makes my brother really sad :) Just because we were wearing pajamas to visit your store doesn't mean we don't appreciate your store. If not for my brother's favourite brand and the only stussy store in KL, I won't visit your store when the staff still have attitude problem :) God bless the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of stussy items. The staff can improve on how they treat customers. At first they were like poker face people, had our kids did not asked us to buy anything from the store, I wouldn't buy here because of how the staff treats their customer. When we started buying things, they changed attitude and were smiling already. They should be always like that even if customers are buying or not.
