Request document wait so long can't get, call and ask said system down can't give and told me you think what so free to do for you ke ? and told me a lot of excuses .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dare you to call their customer service, it's either they hung up on you or they don't pick up your calls. After they picked up, their answers will always be the same, which is tengah repair. Status? Dont know, you only can hear tengah repair. But when I stop by and see what happened to my car, it's still the original piece, never started. This is not a recommended place. P/s: my car has been in there for over 3 months already. Still "tengah repair"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your services is totally BAD. I'm not satisfied with their work. Two times send my car to get fix after accident but the same problem exist. My brake still got problem. This is what i get after claim my insurance for 6K only for brake problem. Not worth and Not recommended..if you are accident better go to the authorised Perodua Workshop, do not ever to send your car to perodua agent workshop like this Suasa Suaria Auto. I have experience send my car to both workshop, i would like to recommend authorised Perodua Workshop, it's better compared to the Perodua agent workshop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place should be illegal and be closed immediately. I don’t know why perodua still accept this workshop as their panel. That way people can have better option and feel insured about their car. What if the person that send their car here only have one car and have to wait like forever. They have work and places to go to.

Staff not friendly. Communication is very bad as they don't give you proper details.
Wasted two weeks and only to realized that they had transferred my car to another panel as they can't do AIG insurance and that my car is still new!!
No proper response and also information given about my car details/ updates.
Called their person in charge...but not in the office at 10am!!
*Please dont waste your time here!!! There's many other panels that would appreciate their customers.
