★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you guys don’t even deserve my 1star rating at all. I booked for the VIP 2+1 seat Suasana Edaran bus, but i got 2+2 seat Airport Coach bus. For real? I want to be on board of Suasana Edaran bus. Not this bus. I dont mind to pay more for the VIP seat. Ridiculous, bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second time ride this bus! I had same experience from like the first time ride.For anyone traveling from KLIA2 to KL Sentral please try to avoid taking this bus. You will be delayed about half an hour because of the driver stopping for refuel the diesel. WTF! You guys even don't know manage the time. Eventhough your bus had a comfortable seat but I rather taking with skybus is more better than your company! No rating at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru bagitahu bas rosak masa dah masuk boarding area. And asked for us to buy another tiket on the spot. People have plans la sebab tu beli tiket on that certain time. At least you can provide replacement bus for the passenger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Book ticket with Suasana Tony Coach/Edaran on Easybook. Have been waiting at Sg Petani bus station (bound for TBS) for an hour now. I have used many different bus companies and this is the first no show, no refund, no management, no contact person i can call etc. Upset that no action will be taken for their terrible service. No accountabiliy at all. Duit dah bayar. Ingat sikit ka? At least now I know that easybook is just a simple online platform to buy ticket, they won't be held responsible for any mishandling cases pun. Dugaan bulan puasa, aku kena senju gitu je. Going back now and will catch a later bus. Sigh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go to this bus! if you don't wanna get late, please don't get this bus. I booked a ticket at 9pm, the bus came on time, but the driver didn't let me go in, he said to me: "waiting ". and after 30s he closed the door and drived like nothing happened. I was so confused and thought there will be another bus coming. After 10 minutes, there is nothing. I just came to the bus ticket counter and asked them. So they suggested me to take another time at 10pm. That was my very bad experience about this bus. This is the very first and last time.
