★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Padat dengan penduduk tempatan. Terdapat universiti HELP, kedai2x serbaneka, Dominos, My news dan sbgnya. Setiap mlm ada small stall yg jual lot of food choice. Dan setiap jumaat, sabtu dan ahad ada aktiviti car boot sales.
Crowded with locals. There are HELP universities, 2x convenience stores, Dominos, My news and so on. Every night there is a small stall that sells lots of food choice. And every Friday, Saturday and Sunday there are car boot sales activities.

Mostly two storey terrace houses. Occupancy is about 80%. Clean area. The individual PT number is out. Petaling District. Subang Bestari is already in Subang, but under the administration of the Shah Alam City Council. Thank you
