โ โ โ โ โ When I called the helpline, it was immediately picked up by one of the firefighters. My unit was infested by bees during MCO period and I was stranded. On the same afternoon, they removed all the bees in my unit; On the same night, they removed the hive outside of my windows. Both operations were done within minutes. The firefighters demonstrated professional skills and attitude during the whole engagement, very impressive, thank you!

โ โ โ โ โ My cat got stuck in the rooftop for 3 days. Upon calling the Subang Jaya Fire and Rescue department, they picked up the call within 3 rings and arrived in 15 mins in USJ 9. Despite the difficulty of climbing the roof + having to chase a cowardly domesticated cat, the 3 firemen did their utmost best on the roof. Unfortunately, my cat was afraid of the firemen and refused to be rescued. Nonetheless, the efforts of the firemen is greatly appreciated and they gave the residents much comfort in being reliable and helpful.

โ โ โ โ โ The main bomba station centrally located for original Subang Jaya ie before Subang Jaya SIME-UEP portion developed. I always see the staff doing morning drills if I take a short cut to the LRT station because the traffic light junction is packed with cars.
