β β β β β Court 10 is the biggest court among all the 10 courts comprising of more than 1000 units having playground, 2 swimming pools, 2 cafeteria, a laundry, a saloon, a multipurpose hall , a room to play ping-pong and an area to play tennis. It is guarded by 2 gates i.e the main gate and the side gate that leads to Wawasan Lrt Station. The security though is not as tough as other courts and same goes to the management.

β β β β β Itβs a strategic place to live, thereβs some hawker stalls and restaurants nearby. Not to mention, itβs close by to a LRT (Wawasan) station as well. They have lots of facilities here such as an indoor badminton and ping pong hall, tennis court, playground and two swimming pools as well. Furthermore, they have their own cafeteria if youβre lazy to drive out for food. The sad side of it is that they didnβt repaint the buildings to make it look nicer,therefore it makes it look a bit rundown.
