★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management sangat2 straight..rumah seniri..bayar seniri..tapi macam dok rumah org..macam penjara..saudara mara datang pun susah..panggil technion luar pun kena bayar deposit mahal ..rm300 hanya untuk panggil org luar baiki rumah sniri..tersangat2 cerewet..courier n food delivery ada limit time. Kalau nk beli rumah dekat fikir la sejuta kali..boleh beli..tapi tak rasa macam dok rumah seniri..Nak pegi surau solat pun susah..selalu kunci gate..guard ramai2 dekat pondok tu buat apa.??letak la sorang untuk kawal pintu surau..seperti

 Management is very straightforward ... it's cool to pay ... but it's kind of like docking in house..something in jail..there's a hard time..then call an outside technician to pay an expensive deposit .. ..contractable..courier n food delivery no time limit. If you buy a house near think it a million times .. can buy it .. but it does not feel like dock house .. It is not difficult to pray the prayer but always lock the gate..guard many people near the hut do what to guard the door of the surau ... like

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been staying in Pusat Kepong for more than 10 years. This is the most stubborn and unprofessional management that wouldn't take tenants' feedbacks seriously! It's very irrational to forcefully insist tenants to pay (by switching off our stairwell lighting) without reach out to understand the failure of your team and improve the environment in Taman Pusat Kepong! Your so called maintenance team here DID NOT provide the basic services to our community, but ONLY ask for MONEY!!! The environment here is extremely dirty and no one cleans the block stairwell FOR YEARS!!!
