★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upside: Clean premises. Ample parking. Management and staff tries hard to provide fast friendly professional service. Technical and body work skills appears good (i.e. no complaints).
Downside: Don't think its the Centre's fault but getting parts delivery from the Distributor seems to be slow. In these days of courier, grab, etc. getting supplies could be faster. Ask the customer who may be willing to pay for faster delivery of parts.
Overall assessment: Very Good.

All front desk staff including their manager were friendly and goes the extra mile to assist with your request. They make sure that your car is in great shape before you leave the center. Warranty claims were smooth and within time as well. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended to other subaru owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not solve air cond problem and had child level mistakes by silly method if installation of 'o' rings causing gas leaks and leading to damage to cooling coils, ac compressor and weeks of no air cond in car. Absolutely joke of a service centee with untrustworthy work. Sent to third party and they suspect some foul play from these crooks. AVOID AT ALL COST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very slow in response, not return call as promised, and unacceptable to ask customer to wait for long time for repair for car under warranty. They said 1 week for report and spare part and need another appointment again for actual repair. totally insane as they take weeks to resolve defective part even for new car less than 3 months.
