★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service tak memuaskan. cust mintak asingkan jadi 2 plastik, tapi bila tegur disuruhnya cakap dengan cashier, walhal dah siap bagi kertas order supaya mudah faham. lepastu order 14pcs dapat 13pcs je, saya tak ambil kisah sebenarnya anggap jelah salah kira. tapi dari awal lagi dah tak mesra, buat saya pergi balik cakap ayam tak cukup. Boleh pulak dia cakap ‘ke dah makan ayam tu’! sangat sakit hati kena tuduh lagutu. Harap boleh perbaiki lagi services awok. Terima kasih
unsatisfactory customer service. cust asked to separate into 2 plastics, but when reprimanded he was told to talk to the cashier, even though he was ready for the order paper so that it was easy to understand. then order 14pcs to get 13pcs, I don't really care, I think it's a mistake. but from the beginning it wasn't friendly, so I went back and said chicken wasn't enough.
