β β β β β Training staff properly, before doing serve the customers. I found out late that my breakfast didn't include drinks, and I ordered +2ringgit coffee because I didn't pay yet. I realized that the employee was a beginner and there is no staff to deal with the inexperience and they just ask me to take out sandwiche only. I canceled my order and came out.It's a pretty unpleasant experience since morning. I think even an employee who didn't know her job must have been in a bad. I hope it will be a place where I can smile next time.

β β β β β WORST subway branch EVER. I almost never do Google reviews but iβm just so annoyed with the staffs at this particular branch. Not sure why every time I place an order on Grab, there is always something missing from this branch. For instance, I ordered Choc Chip cookies but they gave me Oatmeal Raisin. I usually order 12 cookies at one go but this time I only ordered 2. Imagine if I had ordered 12 Choc Chip cookies & they gave me 12 Oatmeal Raisin cookies? Also, they donβt even give you a call to ask if youβd like to make any changes to the order. The least the staff can do is call their customers & ask them if they would like to change to something else. Super unprofessional. If you wanna order Subway on grab, order from another branch.

β β β β β Lazy staff, poor food quality and training as their girl struggles with simple instructions and add ons. Onions are badly cut with their roots still attached so not properly cleaned.
When an ingredient runs out they seem uninterested in restocking it because of theyβll have to cut up a fresh batch of tomatoes or cucumbers. Pure Laziness.
