★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I've ever had with subway. The staff is so rude and unprofessional. Saying rude things and laughing at it as if I'm not infront of them. Seriously need to be taught some manners. Never want to go here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just received my Subway order from Subway Eco Grandeur Puncak Alam. I ordered roasted beef sandwich but it turned out that they ran out of roasted beef . This ‘brilliant’ subway staff just happily sent me a vege sandwich without any meat in it without even bothered to call to confirm or even substitue it with other available meat. I paid for the price of a beef sandwich not a plain vegetarian sandwich!! Can u pls at least think?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a Subway fan. Two stars at most if u have the perfect combination n all. But for me it's still a one star.
I asked what sauce or whats the normal combination; the guy just said as much as you want. Saw the customer in front of me chose 3 so I went with two. But why do they have to put so much? Can't they control the squeeze? Ugh. So messy and too overpowering. Rather spend my money elsewhere.
