I observed customers (with children in tow) entering the shop without registering or taking temperature - all 3 staff were behind serving counter and no one at the front entrance. Similarly, Grabfood courier also entered to collect pickup without scanning. Obviously, fight against COVID-19 is something that not everyone is engaged with nor committed to.

β β β β β Yes the short hair tomboy is not interested to serve customer. Was told that i need to order via grab during mco despite that takeaway have been allowed everywhere and that i have ordered a couple of days ago. My wife went there on another day and was told that they are closing and no more taking order, and it was only 530pm!! Wonder why they still operate if they are not interested to do business!!

β β β β β Extremely bad service!!! The lady serving seems so PMS. She is like "apa you nak" and she asked like 3 times, despite i am definitely hearable. Really shd be ashame of themselve. She shd FIRED immediately!!! (The slimmer malay lady with tudung) please fire her.

β β β β β RUDE and terrible service!!! The lady talk so soft and expect me to heard and her expression is very βhidung tinggiβ. I ordered Parmesan short with my hand gesture, she ask me half oblong or full oblong, Iβm like what the hell u said? The menu TV is spoilt as well. I think maybe i speak too soft she canβt hear then i open my foodpanda menu and let her see then she is like NOT HAPPY FACE, then the condiment parts, i said i want pepper, then she ask which pepper?wth u want? Pepper then pepper la. Then payment there still so rude, cant describe in words. No more this branch anymore. This is a malay lady.
