★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has another subsidiary named Ikram Ikhlas. The workmanship for project under this company very poor and worst. Result of the parcel also not follow S&P. But they know how to charge buyer with interest and what so ever as long as they could get easy money. Some complaint the key will get after 36 months after signing S&P, plus buyer will skip LAD payment if buyer don't has knowledge on it. This developer also try to cheat by pay 25%-50% only of the LAD, but the mistake still on them. Worst experience ever!
