β β β β β It's taste less sour, chewy (but not rubbery) texture, the crust is ideal, it is thin and crispy, and crackles shards of crust flakes over the counter top when slicing into it. This is the perfect sourdough i have ever eaten so far :)

β β β β β The bread was delicious! Not too sour, with a softer crust and fluffy texture which I love as I donβt fancy sourdough with thick and hard crust. Not too much work for the gums. Loved that the cranberries were given in abundance too!

Each of them arrived on time as promised and the quality of the breads are all consistent (according to the feedback from my friends). Will definitely order again for the prompt service and delicious sourdough bread which is hard to come by in Melaka!
