Nevertheless, manicurist still putting same effort and patience on doing my pedi and didn’t rush at all. I like their professionalism on doing their best job till the end, I’m definitely a happy customer and will return again! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a nail appointment here before deepavali for new nails. The service was really good, Not a penangite, so I got lost in the mall and one of the girls guided me to the shop on call. They were very friendly and polite. However, my nails weren’t done properly. Within 8 hours of getting my nails done, after a shower, the colours in one of my nails started chipping off. And I only realised when I got home that on my left hand as well, the nails weren’t done properly. The gel colour was applied so unevenly. I contacted them, and they told me to come over for a touch up, but I didn’t have the time because i was leaving to kl already. Besides that, over WhatsApp they told me it was RM25 for gel, but when I was about to pay, she charged me RM65 and didn’t bother to explain the pricing as well. I was in a rush, so I just paid and left. I’ve done cheaper gel nail manicure in Kl and it always lasted for months and grows out with my nails. Never have I ever gotten nails done that chips off in less than 24 hours. A week later and my nails look so terrible right now. So not worth it. And very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nail parlour are clean, neat and run by malaysian. They are certified Covid-19 SOP beauty practitioner. I was given a disposable coat to wear and she would did the equipment sanitisation and also new packs of tools infront of me. The nail polish were done professionally and it has lasted for more than a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls were nice and price was good compared to what I'm used to, but unfortunately nails looked pretty bad after. I got a Mani and pedi - pedicure was good, but manicure was not done so well, the different coats weren't even so you can see the lines and different layers. Also cuticles left with polish all around. See photos.

Affordable and reasonable price with super cozy ambiance that feel home. This place gave me the feeling of not just sure making my nails sui sui =beautiful but also a place where I can recharged my soul, creativity and energy after a great conversation with the boss.
