β β β β β I had a very experience here, I called the bakery and ordered sandwich. I get the details precisely even they understood. Ended up giving me wrong sandwich when I called back to ask the cashier or person in charge answered rudely "so?". They did not refund nor have me the correct sandwich. Each time walk in to bakery there is warm welcome and whatever I asked for only receive answer rudely. Hopefully they can learn some way to respect and greet customers politely.

β β β β β Very accommodating, can call and order for pick up. My girl is addicted to their buns, soft and tasty. Cakes are also not too sweet and rich in flavor.

β β β β β Taste of cake is awesome yet customer service is tremendously worst...visited on Thursday Friday and today....day by day is service is worsening...the same person treated me from the day 1...really feel so stress when I walk in 3times to see d same person.....

β β β β β We ordered a cake this afternoon. Guess what. When I went to collect, the staff said no cake. Are you kidding me? Iβm attending a birthday party and thereβs no cake? 1 kilo Black Forest cake, simple as that. And then, the excuse is, staff is too busy, too many work to do, they missed out the order. Sorry this is totally unacceptable. You guys should act more professional when it comes to cakes. Where do you expect me to look for a cake at this hour? Itβs almost 8.30 pm now.

β β β β β Really like the cake here. Especially mango cake, sweetness is just nice. Will definitely buy again. Just that the call to the shop can be a bit more friendly when call for booking. All in all, I am happy with the cake here. Two pictures are of different time purchase at the same shop. Another is chocolate mousse cake, definitely my second choice.
