Lazy staff. Many uncleared tables and staff was just sitting around. Food served was not even warm. Disappointing.

the food is great. everything is fresh. only downside is there's no fried rice but that's only personal preference

I thought this place would sell authentic sukiya food from Japan but its definitely not as it has been adapted to Malaysian flavour. We ordered a variety of food. Katsu Curry tasted like roti prata curry. Gyudon was not hot and as I ordered tamago, I was given ontama but came later. There was also no Japanese chilli powder but had some green chilli without any ladle so we used a new spoon and I wonder how other patrons scooped it out. It will be unlikely for me to return even though I consider the price reasonable. I wanted to rate 2.5stars but I couldn't so I rate it 3.

After a long day of shopping, we decided to try Sukiya for dinner. We don't have this food chain in Singapore so was hoping for a good experience. Regrettably, they didn't surprise and delight. The yakuniku rice and gyu-don were decent and satisfied our hungry stomachs but quite average fare. While the main dishes servings were a good size, the sides were very small. The karaage chicken and gyoza were quite small. The takoyaki balls were below average size,unlike the normal big balls they usually are.

Sukiya served japanese foods with affordable price. Their food sets can be shared for 2 psn, its really big portion. Clean stall. Friendly staff.

Worst customer service ever in this mall. Installed call button for each table but will not respond to the calls. Only talk to customer from kitchen, telling customer to order at counter. No other customer in sight while this happened. Staffs is too busy to practice decent customer service. Just close down this shop it you don't wish to work.

No need to do grab if you keep asking people to do self pick up. What's the point adding your restaurant inside grab app if don't let us order. I went to the shop and your stuff were all lazy and even state it close during ramadhan. And i ask about the grab and when i ask they just plugged in the machine. Delicious food but worst workers ive ever seen so dissapointed

lazy and unmotivated staff, need to learn how to handle customer, I feel weird vibe and unwelcome, are they underpaid? kitchen always seem to close early, come at 8pm mostly everything is finished.. it feels forceful to continue serve customer.. Im also experience working at fast food before, and I knew an uncomfortable situation if I see one, been visiting this outlet since I do like their beef regularly last time, but I dont think its worth it if I have to deal such an unwelcomed atmosphere, we use our hard earn money to spend and yet we are treated like we owe them.. this is just what I feel generally.. maybe give your staff a training or improvise your SOP otherwise the food is all great good job on that..
