★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from Grab and paid RM16+ Per bowl excl delivery and this is what you get. A plain rice with curry and the pathetic 5-6 pcs of dried sized chicken pieces, nothing else. Some will have 5 pcs or 6 pcs, it’s not a full sized chicken cutlet. Never ever gonna return to Sukiya!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the Buttermilk Chicken Katsudon Value Set which was on promo. Service was average. Portion of food is on the small side even though I had ordered a large serving. Food quality is terrible. For the price they charged, you would have thought that there will be a few extra bits of meat but nope, you only get a few tiny bite-sized cutlets. You can go to Sushi Zanmai and for the same price you pay you will get more bang for your buck. The only positive thing is that since I know the type of food quality served here, rest assured there will not be a second trip here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Table for 3 but all the mambo-jumbo tech online took us 12mins to order! Then waiter came back told us one staff not working can't prepare one of the dish ordered! Hey the older folks have reading problems so why can't we go to the counter to order since there are menu on the table! What BS? The broth only warm not hot. And salty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello! I want to complain one of your outlets in midvalley megamall kl. I went for lunch today and unfortunately my food was cold. I ordered takoyaki also and it was still frozen. However when i asked for the waiter, he only stand at the counter and look at me not even come to my table and ask whats the problem. And when i told him the takoyaki was still frozen, he passed to the cook and said "entah apa2 entah customer ni" while im still standing there at the counter. I am so disappointed by the service i received. Also, the foods were as if they just took out from the fridge and the rice cold. Also, when they give the takoyaki after heated up, they didnt even replaced to a new one. They just give whats left on the plate. This is so far my worse experience i got in sukiya tokyo bowl n noodles. Please solve this issue asap. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a big fan of gyudon, so I've been wanting give this place 1 more try after they relocated.
Before entering we took a look at the menu and quite surprised by how many varieties there have, at least like 8 pages. But not a lot of set to choose from.
Its self seated and didnt have trouble finding a seat with a clean table. Menus was available at the table to browse. The waiter handed us a QR code for us to
Ordered a gyudon set, food arrived within 10min and the gyudon was hot enough. Beef taste quite good, portion is enough to make you feel not hungry. If i have to get picky then it was a bit too salty and not marinated that well. Rice, soup and the side dish was fairly standard, no complain there. For under RM15 in a KL mall, its not a bad deal.
The place is definitely understaff, must be really stressful during peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice place for an economic lunch, they provide 4 different portion selections for your meal (it's good as I'm a small eater, I went for the smallest portion), the beef is nice, the rice is not too dry, they even provide many options for you to make it a set lunch. Overall, I was satisfied.
