★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I comparing to last year, the border custom checkpoint has been improved. At least they do not work like don’t care attitude by giving all passengers keep waiting at the immigration check point (especially travel on bus).
Last year, I tried to post comment on this custom and it’s unable to post. It’s could be banning for comment. (Obviously all bad comments)
I can said it’s been improved and the immigration officer has improved their working attitude.
Good job for our New Home Minister & Ministry and keep our country be efficient and towards more better. From now I only can giving 4 stars if there are improving again, I would love to comment agains with 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I pass through Malaysia checkpoint, I cannot control myself to complaint. Can Malaysia government try to improve your immigration arrangements? Who design the immigration counter with limit space for own citizen and foreigner? Compare with Singapore Malaysia should have more space to build the immigration premise but smaller than Singapore immigration building. Very disappointed see it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My past few experiences passing through this checkpoint was bearable. Today however my patience ran out. The building is old, run down and in need of a major major upgrade. The queue waiting area is too small to accommodate the volume of people during peak periods. The queues were so long it went out the building onto the sidewalk. What made matters worse was it was raining and people were getting wet. There weren't enough shaded bus waiting areas. Some buses were out in the open and people were running in the rain to get to their buses. I really hope that the people in charge would look into this matter and improve the overall condition on this facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible jam during peak hours. Needs some facility improvement as they only have one luggage scanner . That has become the bottleneck for immigresen clearence since years ago. Unfortunately no improvement to it till now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long long jams in the vehicle queues with errant cars , although a minority, speeding on the bus lanes and cutting in at the last minute. Hope the Malaysian enforcement can implement a system that can prevent this and also ease the immigration process altogether. Frequently use this checkpoint instead of Woodlands as it is close to Johor Premium Outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The immigration clearance was efficient. However if one takes a public bus, one has to wait on a long quey for the bus after clearance. If one is on am express bus, then the wait is minimal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast. So efficient. They open 90 percent of the counters which makes it super fast compared to the Singaporean side. Took 44 minutes to get pass the Singaporean side but only 7 minutes to get pass the Malaysian side.
