★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude written close on 7:30 I’ve made my appointment on 6:30 but I reach on 6:40 the shop closed and Henry( the hairstylist ) is getting ready to go home and he didn’t even bother to inform that he’s not going to wait for me ( this happened twice )

Henry's on trend skills cater to different hair conditions and personalities. The tools are also upgraded regularly.
Highly recommended as a place for reliable results and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ made at appt with the stylist and arriving 10-15minutes late... had earlier called up to inform that i was on my way and it was raining heavily, however upon reaching the place, saw the stylist about to get to his car and leaving, he could have called up to inform that he is not going to make it and i didn't need to travel all the way or he could have mentioned when i informed that i was on my way but he didn't... it's not the kind of service one would want to expect, there is no apology and again i was just told to come another day. It happened not just once but twice where the first time i was told that they need to close early for some kind of family activities and that i should come another day. Btw, the staffs esp the lady in the saloon were rather rude too. Is it so difficult to just give your client a call to inform her or to make another appt with her again instead of her rushing up and appearing at your door and you just told her off? Please know that a good customer service and attitude is just as important as good skills.
