β β β β β Bought the products numerous times on Shopee. Currently on Shopeeβs holiday due to Raya break, so it allows call-ins and walk-ins. However, I was totally stunned by a very rude personnel named Grace who spoke to me. She even challenged me to complain about her poor attitude when she took my order.
The company has quite a wide range of Japanese cooking ingredients. But it may chase loyal customers away to its competitors due to unpleasant experience with bad, rude service.
