β β β β β My first purchase on 16th May was fine. My helium balloons with hi-float lasted for 5 days. Back then, I was advised that the hi-float needs 30 minutes to dry prior to collection. Everything went well.
Having the same good impression in mind, I ordered another set on 6th July. The order was made 3 days in advance. Told the girls clearly I'm collecting the order at 10:30am which is 30 minutes after their opening hour. When I went in for collection, they haven't prepared my baloons at all. They gave so many irrelevant excuses. The girls prepared the balloons within few minutes and handed it over without letting them dry. I kept asking if it would last. They were least bothered of my concern. And apparently, the balloons shrunk and fell off the same night. Didn't even last for 24 hours.
How ignorant!
