★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the only customer in store and they had 4 service staff with some more kitchen helper. Waited 25 minutes for 2 coffee. No apologetic about their slow service and coffee is so so. Though bread is rich in variety. Good for bread but poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff working at this bakery is racist . it was almost 8:30pm when i wanted to buy some cakes but the staff said its close. so i sat in my car. then a chinese lady came and the staff allow . wow. never going to this bakery anymore .

Somemore 1st and 2nd times come said no cash.
3rd times come, taken member card by photo but not allowed to use, insist to have IC number. Why must need Ic . XXX.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the cake for mother's Day, staff never offer a plastic or a paper bag. So it's only the cake box.
When wanting to carry the cake the handle rips off and cake takes a fall. Disappointed, haven't been an hour also the box tear already. Sad mother's Day. My mother in law happy but I feel like service can be better. Cake was 80 bucks
