โ โ โ โ โ So impatient when removing my gelish. The lady just sand my nails immediately after applying the liquid remover ?. The service is definitely not worth the price I was charged. Will never go again!

โ โ โ โ โ Impatient staff, no proper communication with customer. Staff should understand customer's need, give advice and showsome manicure sample at first rather than just want to quickly end her work and ignore customer needs. No official receipt was given, so I don't know how much they have charge per session (such as RM 20 for manicure, RM 60 is for gel). First timer for manicure go with happily and expectation however end up with disappointment. :(

โ โ โ โ โ went for manicure and got 3 of my fingers bleeding at the cuticle. the staff did not even bother to say 'sorry' but proceed with the manicure even though she saw the blood right in front of her eyes. she also only buff & shine my fingers even though i said want colour during entry. then she said can't colour because already buffshine. lol first and last visit here. my WORST manicure experience ever!!
