★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 Bett Zimmer gebucht, wir waren zu 3 inklusive dem Mann der dort arbeitet. Zimmer war gut, Küche, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Balkon, Tisch und Couch. Allerdings war die 3 Person mal so gar nicht umgänglich, eher genervt von unserem Aufenthalt, glaube er wohnt dort länger und gehört wohl zu dem Mann der dort arbeitet dazu. Wir haben uns viel im Gemeinschaftsraum aufgehalten was wohl nicht gern gesehen war! Uns wurde nach dem 2 tag sogar der Tisch vor der Couch weg geräumt in der Hoffnung das wir dort nicht mehr sitzen werden. Der Mann der dort arbeitet war nach dem 2 tag auch nicht mehr freundlich und genervt von uns, obwohl wir uns an alle Regeln gehalten haben, wir waren nicht laut und haben immer unser Geschirr gespühlt. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr komisch, sie wollten und konnten uns nicht helfen. Haben uns leider trotz der guten Unterkunft überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt. Sehr schade denn dafür haben wir schließlich bezahlt. Ich würde nicht mehr wieder kommen und für Frauen eher ein 2 Bett Zimmer oder ein Frauenschlafsaal empfehlen.
 Booked 20 bed rooms, there were 3 of us including the man who worked there. Room was good, kitchen, microwave, toaster, fridge, balcony, table and couch. However, the 3 person was not easy to deal with, rather annoyed by our stay, he thinks he lives there longer and probably belongs to the man who works there. We spent a lot in the common room which was probably not welcome! After the second day we even cleared the table in front of the couch in the hope that we would not be sitting there anymore. The man who worked there was no longer friendly and annoyed by us after the 2 day, although we followed all the rules, we were not loud and always washed our dishes. Reception staff were very strange, they wanted and couldn't help us. Unfortunately, we didn't feel comfortable at all despite the good accommodation. A shame because we finally paid for it. I would not come back and would recommend a two bed room or a female dormitory for women.

缺點:
缺少室內拖鞋希望可以增加
優點:
1)樓下很多便利商店
2)很多運動設施
3)個人冰箱，洗衣機，烘乾機，微波爐，廚具。
4)擁有網路電視，不會像其他旅館一樣收不到信號。
5)出入擁有閘門卡，安全不怕遺失物品。
Good for a short stay as long term stays without cleaning staff would be sloppy.
shortcoming:
Lack of indoor slippers hope to increase
advantage:
1) Many convenience stores downstairs
2) Lots of sports facilities
3) Personal refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, kitchen utensils.
4) With Internet TV, you will not lose signal like other hotels.
5) There is a gate card for entry and exit, and safety is not afraid of lost items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 3 stars because while my stay was nice, the person managing the reservation before my arrival was extremely unprofessional. I travel for work and it's the first time I have seen that level of unprofessionalism. Everything is manage through WhatsApp. I booked their airport transfer so I would not need to worry for my arrival time since they do not have a reception but the price is a bit too expensive compared to a grab. I had to remind the person to book it 2 days before my departure as they forgot to do it. The person gave the wrong date to the taxi, but it was easily fixable since I could speak directly to the taxi (the taxi they connected me with was great). Then, for whatever reason, the person managing my booking accused me of not paying for the room. It was directly paid upon reservation through their website! It's mandatory. I was asked to show proof of payment. This is ridiculous especially after talking several time on a 3 weeks period, with that person, using my reservation number. This is unacceptable and is the reason I'm not giving a better rating.
I stayed for 15 days. The stay was nice, the flat is big, correctly maintained and the person on-site was very responsive and nice. They even kept my luggage for a few hours before my departure. The flat has a nice view and is well equipped with a washing machine but it is ill-built, the shelves are not properly fixed to the wall and on the verge of breaking. I didn't put anything on it, I didn't want to loose my deposit for something that would not be my fault. The pans have seen better days and the hot water was non-existent.
A small "cleaning" was done every day but is not necessary. Every 5 days with the towel change is enough.
The monorail and metro line are 5 minutes away by foot. A mall is nearby and KLCC 10 minutes away. The situation of the flat is very convenient.
A bit overpriced for the overall service, especially before your arrival. Once on site, the stay is managed properly so you don't have to worry.
