β β β β β Their hi tea is the best ... even though is just simple food but all delicious... especially the prawn on seafood on ice ...thnks to the chef n teams ...will be back soon...price is very reasonable...good luck

β β β β β The Summit hotel location is perfect. Room are spacious, room interior quite old design, Foods quite delicious ? ? and creative, They have free internet and it helps me alot, Air conditioning is great, they also have pool, gym and restaurant. Also Two Malls are on the both side of the hotel.
The hospitality are also great.

β β β β β Regarding to the arrangement of foods while I am there for quarantine, the one who run the kitchen is very good minded person even I do not know. Foods are quite delicious and creative minded. My complaint is as very bad internet even you can't easily browse web just for merely searching. An Indian guy who usually at the main door of hotel is quite fragile manner. He is inpatient person while I am wrongly enter from other entrance by carrying heavy languages. He shown his manner such as kicking the paper box obstacles. I don't know why his manner is too aggressive. And we never met before. Other than that, this hotel electrical system need to be modified.

β β β β β Horrible. Whole hotel needs to upgrade n renovate. Bed sleep until back ache, shoulder ache. Pillows too soft. Hanging bedside lamp is coming out. Brown water flows out of the shower n wash basin. Room light is too dim. WiFi horrible. While raining water seeps into the window. Hotel staffs command of english needs to improve.

Check in process was good.
Smoothly.
Staffs were excellent.
Rooms were spacious. I booked corporate superior and corporate deluxe. Worth with the money.
Everything was perfect.

β β β β β SH USJ location is perfect.Hotel rooms are Spacious.I Stay in hotel 11 days.
Room interior is very old design,insufficient lighting in all rooms.
You can not control air-conditioning rooms temperature,but you can only control fan speed.Controlling panel for the room light & other equipment is very ancient/old.
All kind of cuisine is not available here but indian people literally disappointed about food/meal.
Hotel front side rooms bit noisy/sound due to heavy traffic on road from morning 6AM to 11 PM.
Hotel staff behaviour is very rude & immature.
Kindly avoid this hotel for short as well long stay .

β β β β β The hotel honeymoon suite is just great. Eventhough it is a bit old design but it is still great.
However, the hotel lift broke down during one wedding event and many people are left stranded for an hour.
Other than that, the foods are good, the event hall are spacious and the hospitality are also great.

β β β β β Room was clean, cozy and up to standard. All the necessities were there. Worth the money.
But the reception staff were unique. They showed a cold attitude and mannerism. Really surprised me. I hope this kind of behaviour can be corrected in a hospitality business.
