Sashimi Grade Salmon Trout: Very very fresh and delicious, almost like just caught.
Premium Cod fish: Ok, not very fresh level but definitely not bad.
Hybrid Grouper Slice: Same as cod fish.
Golden Pomfret: The gut did not cleaned before freezing, so I receive fish with swollen stomach and not fresh at all.
Norwegian Salmon Fillet: Not fresh at all, the meat is very loose and you can feel it is not fresh in a bite (after fry).
Mackerel: Not that fresh.
The MOST IMPORTANT part why I wrote this review is because their website would only show 4-5 star review, all the 1-2 star review will be hidden, I know this because I give 2 star on those not fresh item. I feel like this is dishonest and lying to their customer. So I have no choice but to write the review here.
My conclusion is: Unless you want to buy the Sashimi Grade Salmon, stay away.
