MRT Sungai Buloh is not in service until April 2022. Commuters are required to take a shuttle bus to Kwasa Sentral Station to board the MRT.

First time using the new public transport and its very good to go anywhere you want. The station are clean and the MRT arrive as ETA stated on the screen.

The only down side is the staff and bus operators... literally those staff who monitor busses everytime is over-staffed and yet no work is being done.. they just sat down and play with their phone 24/7 some even play games. Overall facility are excellent. Imo they should take action on those staff that are just day dreaming and do nothing...

The free shuttle bus provided by prasrana because of the final migration works at the Sungai Buloh station quite considerate and frequent enough. Commuters are given 10 minute intervals from 6am to 8pm, and 15 minute intervals from 8pm to midnight. Signage has been put up to inform commuters. Note that the KTM Sungai Buloh station and the ‘park-and-ride’ facility next to the MRT Sungai Buloh station will continue to operate as usual from October 9. The bus they use is disabled friendly, something which can be said about the stations and trains as well. By the way, the train’s route displays are all digital screens (with displays to note which side of the doors open) and the gap from the platform is very lighted by an LED strip. It’s also very slim, which is good for safety. Compared to LRT, the MRT carriage feels wider inside, and the glass areas are bigger, especially on the doors. The closure is to facilitate final migration works, where part of the existing MRT Kajang Line will eventually be part of the MRT Putrajaya Line. The part in question is from Kwasa Damansara to Sungai Buloh, the three stations that are being closed. The station itself is very clean and well kept most of the time. No horrible attitude from staff, quite friendly. There is a convenience store in the station and there is ample parking. Only part that can be improved is the lack of frequent and sufficient train service from ktm.

Currently is the last MRT station in Sungai Buloh which has a multi-level parking building, spacious waiting area for bus and teksi, as well as it's connected with KTM station. Fast services from the station staffs given to people's queuing to top-up their T'nG credits.

No longer part of the currently-operating MRT line, somehow got detached and "given out" to an upcoming Putrajaya MRT line, together with Kampung Selamat MRT and Kwasa Damansara MRT. Did not know about it until i had to MRT while my car is sent for repairs.

Easy access to platforms. Sign boards and time table display could be better. Probably ok for Komuter but not clear for Intercity. Other than that, based on my experience that day, ETS time was on the dot both the departure and arrival.

Huge transit station between 2 modes of transportation, which connecting MRT KAJANG LINE with KTM KOMUTER Seremban Line. Convenient, efficient, clean station, easy to commute as feeder buses are available to serve its surrounding areas.
