K	Kishel Raj Mohan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, well kept and maintained. Excellent experience. For the best experience the private pools are a must. Price is starting from rm 50 per hour and they aren't very strict about the time. The lady at the counter have us an extra 20 minutes.
W	Wan Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So DISSAPOINTED to use 2.5k+ to order a villa just for the private hot spring but got a pool with just cold cold water in the end. Ask the whatsapp number that they provide for assistant for 5+ times to say about the hots spring problem. After a few times, they said they will sent someone to fix it but problem never solved. So done 2 days to live in the hotel with COLD private 'hot spring' & lastly need to go to the public hot spring early in the morning to enjoy hot spring. VERY GOOD : ) Except for this BIG problem, they actually have a really nice and clean hotel. Ask for help(on aircon problem) for the first time and the staff comes really quick and solved problem really fast

T	Thivyah Haridas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything overall its a great price to start with for adults are Rm15 and for kids are Rm10. The experience you can get there is on another level. The pathway to go there is very easy gt signboards everywhere. There are alot of heat water tub with different temperature for you to relax your feet. The slide with cold water is awesome downside is the stone is so painful its so sharp and caused blisters on my feet. The other swimming area is heat tub. Enjoy bathing on cold water and directly dive into the hot spring to relax your body. Got special swimming area designed so cutely for kids. Alot of clean washroom, meals and ice cream are sold inside. Most important part experiencing boiling egg in natural heat water coming from the earth. You can connect with people and experiment and enjoy your half boil or full boil egg everything prepared there. Eggs Rm5 per basket and black pepper, spoon and light soy sauce provided. Overall a very fun experience just so sad the stone was so sharp in the cold swimming area it caused a very painful feet.

You can buy from inside, they sell nasi lemak, mee goreng, maggi cup and variety of drinks. As you get inside, do enjoy the scenery first before go to the waterpark. If you come early, there’s a place for you to sit but if you came late, you can bring tikar / mat to sit under the tree. Or khemah. I saw some family bring their khemah as well. Telur boleh dapat RM5 untuk 5 biji (harga November 2021). For lockers, it’s RM3 per lock. You have to pay again if you want to open it again. Price for adult is RM15, kids RM12, senior citizen RM8 and handicapped (OKU) RM5. Toilet/bathroom is clean ????

N	Norlela Sapari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place. Clean surrounding with beautiful nature. The pools are clean and well mantained. Although no outside food allowed, the are several kiosks sell affordable price of food and drinks. The entrance is only rm15 for adult, and cheaper for kid.
