However I prefer also the skin to be crunchy, but is not, hence less one star.
On business day, prefer the owner to lock up the dogs and cats roaming at the preparation cooking and eating area, this is another less one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was dirty, really filthy. Massive traffic queue just to get in and was a nightmare to come out. And this is before the opening hour of 5. We had no idea where to queue, how to buy, when it will begin, and nobody seemed interested to tell us. We stood around randomly for a bit before we decided it wasn’t worth the effort. There’s garbage and litter everywhere and it pretty much seems like the owner doesn’t really bother about parking, hygiene and customer’s experience. I’m fine with hawker places but this really takes the trophy for the most disorganised and poor food place in Malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reach there around 5:30 PM and there is already a super long queue ahead of me and people are queue-ing just for the meat. If you want to try this out, I would suggest you reach there by 5:00 PM ? But if compared to KL, definitely there is lots of place can win it~ I guess that’s the only place you can get Char Siew and Siew Yok that’s why the rating quite high. Personally I love their Char Siew more than the Siew Yok.

Definitely a must try if you are here.
During the day, you can find them at sungai lembing market which is right next to the food court. They are at the back which seems kinda abandon. Do give them a call if you cant find them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I saw lots comments of dirty kitchen, frankly it was bit worry. But upon arriving there, it was much better than I expected, the pork roasting oven area were dry, neat and organised. This is just a small place in the village, but I don’t understand why would people like expecting 5 star cleanliness kitchen rating ? Roasted meats all are good, it is even better if also drink with beer. Of all the Sg Lembing 10 best food to try, this is probably the only one must not missed. Only available on Saturday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The roast pork skin not crispy and taste is so so. Came early only allowed 1 person to go inside and only for take away, but when next couple customer coming they allow them to come in together and eat there.
